DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participatein test planning, test development, test automation, test execution, andresolving defects.

 Create test plans and test scripts for newsoftware development.

 Utilize manual and automated testing tools inthe execution of test plans.

Revisetesting scope and approach based upon test results and/or changes in productdesign.

Verifyand report defects identified in testing; track defects to resolution.

 Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

 College degree or equivalent years’experience.

Minimumof two years of dedicated experience testing web and desktop applications.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

Knowledgeof testing cycles and QA principles with an understanding of the usefulness ofdifferent testing methods:  functional, integration, system, andregression testing.

 Familiarity with QA tools and techniques,experience with test design and execution.

Functionalknowledge of a structured query language is a plus (basic level, e.g. anunderstanding of table relationships, how to execute common functions).

Understandingof software development life cycle.

Experienceworking as part of an agile team.

Experiencediagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues.

Abilityto work at both detailed and abstract levels.

 Excellent listening skills.

Abilityto communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person.

Abilityto launch new projects and follow through to completion.

Strongproblem solving and trouble-shooting capability.

 Ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment.

 Ability to adapt to changing project scope andrequirements.

Abilityto coordinate with multiple internal teams.
