Scope of Services:

We will assist the CRM Center ofExcellence (CoE) in its Salesforce conversion to HEDA on a new clientSalesForce.com platform referred to as CRM02. We will employ SFDC developmentand languages, including using the Apex programming language and Visual Force,per assigned tasks and specifications from the CRM CoE (Program ProjectManager, CRM Director and Development Manager). We request assistance from twocontractors: one who could serve as a Technical Lead/Senior SFDC Developer /Architect and one experienced SFDC Developer.

Undergo onboarding activitieswhereby developer(s) become proficient in CRM CoE development standards andpractice, the HEDA design, data mapping and configuration, development anddeployment protocols – SFDC sandboxes, scratch orgs, Git/Bitbucketrepositories, and Jenkins etc.

Develop integrations per CoEspecifications and convert specified data from CRM01 (current org) to CRM02(new org). These are primarily from a data service layer from CU's CampusSolutions' Student Information System (SIS).

Develop Student Community fromexisting CRM01 code and migrate to CRM02

Replicate selected functionality– existing logic or refactored design from CRM01 in the CRM02. Examples includebut are not limited to appointment scheduling, booking, note logging,notifications, etc. 

Develop software components usingSFDC APEX, VisualFirce, Salesforce.com APIs (tooling, streaming, REST, SOAP),and 3rd party APIs.

Must be experienced in Java, RESTAPIs, Javascript / Lightning and ETL tools (such as Camel)

Independently and collaborativelyperform development, unit-testing, implementation and documentation.

Recommend architecture andperformance optimization strategies and work with the CoE to implement approvedrecommendations.

Provide regular updates andstatus via daily Stand Ups, JIRA/TaskRay ticketing and participation in otherworking sessions such as Sprint Planning and bi-weekly Retros and demos.

Must have excellent, demonstratedcommunication skills and ability work with Salesforce Administrators andBusiness Analyst
