At least 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS Core HR,Benefits and Payroll including Extracts and Fast Formula
At least 8 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
Expertise on Benefits and North American payroll functionalbusiness processes and regulatory requirements in US.
Nice to have skills:
Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered payrollprocesses and reports (includes Pre and Post payroll processes)
