1.   Experience with the MicrosoftAzure in a DevOps Engineer role as well as application infrastructure relatedactivities is a must

2.   Provide full applicationdevelopment support across all environments including providing productionsupport - Level 3 and higher in a DevOps role

Essential Skills:

•  Hands-on experience working with Applicationteams to deliver leading platforms with tight deadlines.

•  Experience managing tasks acrossmultiple simultaneous projects with aggressive time lines.

•  Proven experience in working on Azureenvironments & its offerings (PaaS, SaaS or IaaS), PowerShell,Loadbalancing, Firewall and DNS.

•  Understanding of Cloud APIs and Cloudtechnologies with some .NET & C# programing experience.

•  Act as a liaison between applicationdevelopment and different infrastructure teams.

•  Ability to troubleshoot acrossmultiple applications.

•  Understanding of OWASP and securitybest practices

•  Prior experience in using cloud APIsto automate provisioning, deployment, improving system performance andstability a plus.

•  5 years of hands on Linux/Unix scriptingand administration or experience with managing middleware applicationtechnologies is required

•  Strong understanding of Internetprotocols including HTTP, SSL, TCP, IP is required

•  Ability to use a wide variety of opensource technologies and tools is a plus

•  Hands on experience introubleshooting Java application problems and experience with BigData, Apache,Tomcat and other middleware technologies is a plus

•  Exposure to public cloud and cloudtechnologies such as Amazon AWS, Azure, or any other Infrastructure as aService providers is a plus

•  Knowledge of LAN WAN Network, VPN andIPSEC is a plus

•  Prior experience with tools such asMaven, Jenkins and Perforce and setting up CI/CD pipeline is required

•  Use of Cloud APIs to automate provisioningand deployments is a plus

•   2 years of experience in anyone of these technologies : Deerfield

Plus:

Working knowledge of TFS and TFSBuild definitions.

Working knowledge of Maven, Jenkinsor Hudson

Working knowledge of Confluence Wikiis a plus.

A college degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent filed.

Certification in relevanttechnologies is a plus
