Role: MDM AirWatch Administrator
LOCATION: Marysville, Ohio

Company specializes in wireless professional services and applied expertise to maximize the mobile investments of its clients. Company also provides outsourced equipment and service procurement, technical support, provisioning, asset management, 24/7/365 help desk services, VIP care, and mobility contract compliance.
Main Purpose The onsite MDM Administrator will be responsible for interfacing with enterprise client to provide technical support and administrative services within the AirWatch console.
This position will work in concert with the mobility team to continually improve overall customer satisfaction and successful product deployment in the performance of these services.

Job Duties:
  • Include Work in concert with our Managed Mobility team in responding to service desk tickets in a timely manner Create and manage security profiles using the AirWatch MDM platform as directed by the client Support incident management responsibilities with our technical teams.
  • Own the escalation management process for addressing issues as they occur Facilitate the end user and platform administration duties in conjunction with our leadership team Facilitate version control of content management and push to end users for compliance.
  • Advise on mobility architecture and implement device features and restrictions for project based smart devices Provide 1st thru 3rd level technical support for smartphones, tablets and associated peripherals and accessories.
  • Assist our Managed Mobility team with smart device deployment projects Provide reports on devices out of compliance with Client policies.
  • Assist with asset inventory management by as needed by entering or modifying devices in the asset inventory database and managing the distribution of acceptance and return receipts Provide support for approved mobile devices from the AirWatch console Create and maintain detailed documentation, installation instructions, technical bulletins, reports, etc. for assigned projects Attend required meetings for projects, engineering, training, etc. and follow through on any assignments Liaise with VMWare for special needs, issues, and improvements.

SUMMARY Of The FUNCTION And ROLE:
  • The Mobile Device Management team is seeking a full time employee to perform management and administration responsibilities for the AirWatch server and associated systems.
  • This position will also provide remote MDM technical service support in conjunction with company service teams for 11,000+ smart device users.
  • The AirWatch solution is currently deployed.Responsibilities Create and manage security profiles using the AirWatch MDM platform Provide 1st thru 3rd level technical support for smartphones, tablets and associated peripherals and accessories Assist with smart device deployment projects.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher VMWare AirWatch professional certification or equivalent experience3 years or more technical support, IT support, or infrastructure support preferred.
  • Detailed understanding of, and experience with, Enterprise Mobility Management Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment .
  • Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter Typical Skills Able to use spreadsheets to manage data for reporting and system updates Manage MDM project assignments effectively with operational tasks to ensure successful completion.
  • Be familiar with Active Directory and UMD to resolve problems user profiles Troubleshoot SMTP services and message routing Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for supported agencies, campus desktop support, help desk and promote professional interactions with mobility vendors Physical Requirements Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount frequently to move objects.
