Job description | SAP HR functional knowledge Co-ordinate with Development /Design teams • Gather and documenting business requirements for Business Functionality, workflow, business rules; preparing functional specification, use cases and effectively managing requirements by client interaction on the business needs. • Solve application and configuration issues and collaborate with other BSA's to ensure end-to-end business process integration • Conduct Unit testing and record the discrepancies to analyze and report on them. • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, documentation, tester training including UAT completion sign-off with Business Users. • Create queries with SAP and Ad-Hoc Query and Developing reports. • Developed and customized the daily, weekly and monthly reports depending on the project requirements • Responsible for the technical implementation of the project as measured against the project requirements, quality targets, and budgetary constraints, and timelines Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Certification is a plus. |
