Under the direction of the CalVCB Project Manager, the Contractor shall provide the following services for the purposes of designing, developing, and implementing the OLA solution

 Assist with the technical OLA solution design.

 Provide Template and Component Development and Support

 Guide and assist as needed through the implementation of the following components using AEM

 A responsive, device-neutral OLA Solution

 Integrations and Interfaces;

 Cares2 Modifications including .NET interface;

 Online Application and Forms;

 Automated support for OLA processes (e.g., Registration);

  Business rules configuration;

 Compliance with accessibility standards as defined by Section 508;

 Authentication services.

 Review code during solution development to find potential errors and improve the overall quality of software.

 Assist with the execution of test plans and scripts.

 Guide and assist the CalVCB in troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and resolving defects.

 Provide input for cut over planning.

 Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of OLA environment and infrastructure configurations.

 Assist with the deployment of code and content to production.

 Provide AEM expertise and skills support.

 Develop Knowledge Transfer documentation and perform knowledge transfer to CalVCB staff.

Address questions from the CalVCB Project Manager, Chief Information Officer, and/or project team members.

 Work with the CalVCB and designated representatives from other organizations as required.

MQ-32 YearsServing as lead SME to application developers using Adobe tools for development    

MQ-42 YearsInstalling and configuring AEM forms and related-product components    

DQ-1desiredExperience working with Web Services such as REST API, WCF is desirable. Experience in .NET framework and development tools is preferable.    

DQ-2desiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, HTML, Java, and SQL programming
