Have experience with contract management systems,especially with a next generation system implementation;

Have experience on business/functional teams and be abusiness-oriented problem-solver;

Have strong process-oriented skills to recognizeinefficiencies, and then provide quantitative and qualitative input to drivechange, and report issues;

Be a resourceful, self-starter who can problem-solve andtell stories through data;

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills,and be exceptionally team-oriented;

Be opinionated, not afraid to speak up and eager to learnnew things;

Possess a quick ability to "connect the dots"and understand cause and effect

Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, can-doattitude

Experience with next generation CRM system projects,especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus but not required.
