As an AD and Office 365 Architect, you will apply bothbroad and deep technology and business knowledge. As part of our team, you will delivertechnical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment inMicrosoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365 technology,while assisting in transforming their productivity environment, surfacing theinformation and people that can help them get the job done. You will providetechnical leadership for other teams and engage in the complete lifecycle oflarge Active Directory and Office 365 projects. This could involve ExchangeOnline, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, Teams and more.

As an AD Office 365 Architect, you will:
Lead teams for Active Directory and Office 365-relatedprojects
Take a leadership role in shaping deals and projects
Mentor otherArchitects and consultants to share your knowledge
and experience
Work with customers to identify business requirements andshape
approach and solutions
Create functional requirement documents and functionaldesigns
Be part of athriving productivity practice that's constantly
looking for ways to improve our clients’ experience
Craft high-level and detailed design documents andimplement
innovative solutions using the most recent technologies
Continually learn and grow professionally
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable trackrecord of architecting, estimating and delivering solutions with enterprisecustomers in all industries, ability to manage ambiguity in an evolving anddynamic environment and the ability to challenge customer requirements anddrive good trade off decisions based on business needs and technicalconstraints.
You will have:
Technical Experience and knowledge of solutionsleveraging O365
Core Workloads, in on-premises, cloud and hybridscenarios
Technical Experience and knowledge of Architecture,Solution
Development and Deployment techniques for Office 365 Coresolutions
Proven experience selling consulting engagements whichincludes
estimating, including estimation models, scoping,development of budgetary estimates and proposals along with writing effectivestatements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk.
Demonstratedexcellence at presenting complex technical topics
to both executive and technical personnel
An ability to articulate architectural differencesbetween
solution methods and the challenges and approaches tointegrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledgeof different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.
Exceptionaldemonstrated consulting skills
Large enterprise deployment experience in complex hybridand/or
heterogeneous environments
Recommended Qualifications and Experience
Deep technical andarchitectural knowledge of the following skillsets:
Windows Server Active Directory (GPO, Forest, Design,
PowerShell AD module)
Azure Active Directory including Premium services(user-based
provisioning, device registration, SSPR)
Azure Active Directory Connect and/or MIM Sync Services
Active Directory Federation Services or other federation
services
OneDrive for Business configuration and migration toolsincl.
those from third-party vendors
Ability to communicate with a variety of differentaudiences
and strong presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to match technical solutions with
customer business requirements
Ability to lead and motivate technical communities
Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
B.Sc./B.A. orequivalent work experience combined with a
relevant industry experience in a consulting role
Fluency in written and spoken English
