Sound knowledge ofdesign patterns and frameworks

Good understanding ofAgile software development practices, with experience of product/projectdevelopment lifecycle, process, and tools
Sound knowledge ofestimation techniques
Ability to analyzesoftware requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and costconstraints
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or equivalent work experience / combination of both
Consistently demonstratedability to exceed the requirements of Java Developer
8 years of overall ITexperience, 6 years working experience with enterprise software applications
5 years of hands onexperience in at least five core technology
SMUL/SSO, SOA,CSS/HTML5/JSF/JQuery/JS, Portal Technologies/WCM, JPA, Hibernate, EJB, JMS andother Messaging, Web Services - JAX-WS, JAXB, REST, SOAP, JSON, XDS, WSDL, XSLTetc., Rules Engines (e.g. Drools) Application Performance Tuning, ApplicationServer Configuration and Tuning, Jenkins, Maven, SVN, Cache, JUnit, .net, C#, ISS
