Job Description :

ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

The Business Analysts role under supervision is to collaborate with business users to plan, design, and launch efficient business and operational systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

This includes the gathering and analyzing of information and/or data in support of business cases, proposed projects and application requirements.

The business analyst is also responsible for supporting existing business applications.

This individual must apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

Meet with decision makers, business owners and end users to define business requirements and identify and resolve systems issues.Collaborate with business users and other development group resources in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications .

Create and maintain documents as defined by the Software Development Life cycle Methodology (SDLC) to provide direction to application developers and quality assurance resources.

Coordinate and perform in-depth functionality testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new applications.

Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Education And Experience Requirements :

2 year college degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience.2 to 4 years\' experience in developing, implementing and supporting business applications.
