Role:Mobile Application Development & Delivery Lead
Location:Greater San Diego Area
Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the Scrum Masters, Architects, QA, DevOps, as well as multiple organizations within the companyResponsible for all assigned delivery activities across the offshore technical lead / scrum team and are the onshore escalation point for all application support and development issues specific to their assigned domain and projects .
- Partner with the onshore Product Manager to ensure customer requirements are being communicated to the scrum team and teams are collaborating successfully .
- Responsible for delivering high-quality products on time, on target, and within budgetCollaborate with DevOps team to align with CI/CD requirements for assigned projects .
- Provide guidance to development team throughout all phases of scrum (backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimation/story pointing and retro/demo) .
- Recommend resource assignments on projects across a multi-faceted team on multiple products and platformsProvide input into architecting the hardware environment, services platform, application platform, and database. Work with Dev/Ops on managing the lower environments (dev, qa, uat, build servers, deployment, etc.) .
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives for products and services, product road mapping, and tactical discussions.
- Responsible for selecting and hiring new developers & engineers, including other 3rd party resources as neededWork with architects and management to manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture.
- Help ensure the architecture is sustainable, deployable, and secureWork with IT security to regularly scan applications for vulnerabilities and remediate in a timely fashion
