Core Responsibilities :

  • You will also have a proven history accomplishing the following:Acting as the subject matter expert on payment acceleration and transportation technology offerings, which includes the understanding of configuration options, APIs, and ability for customization's.
  • Developing and facilitating education and training (i.e. provide Client Portal and COMPANY App demos, content, etc.) for clients and employees driving adoption and retention ratesPerforming product demonstrations in a variety of settings, including internal meetings, training sessions and trade shows .
  • Developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs (i.e. client retention rates, technology adoption and uptake metrics, technology usage metrics, invoice volume, etc.) .
  • Understanding the workflow and system process needs of different client types and aligning them with our proprietary technologyProviding clear, candid, direct, and timely feedback across the organization improving client experience .
  • Providing guidance, recommendations and best practices in the setup, configuration and validation of future state solutionsMotivating and incentivizing stakeholder teams; ensuring the continuous improvement of Company's technologies (primarily the Client Portal and COMPANY App), call-handling and sales messagingIdentifying issues and promoting process improvement .

  • Acting as an inter-department liaison, working across the organization to implement process changes and process improvementsBuilding relationships and working collaboratively .
  • Displaying effective verbal/written communication skills both in-person and over the phone


Basic Qualifications :

To be considered, you will have the following:A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or marketing (or similar discipline) .

At least 3 years combined operations and financial/sales experienceProficient in MS Office suite and relevant system applications (Salesforce, web-based applications, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Preferred Qualifications :

To be at the top of our list, you will also have the following:Professional certification in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (or similar)Experience working in a highly-transaction freight factoring environment .

Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS)
