PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation of all processes, systems, and procedures utilized for reporting and analytics.
- Design and develop reports for Senior Management utilizing tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, and Custom Web Development.
- Development and maintenance of KPIs across dozens of dashboards for use by multiple departments and users, ranging from entry level to the executive team.Educate team members on, and monitor for adherence to, the proper use of internal systems as well as new techniques and approaches for solving analytical problems.
- This includes performing regular code and reporting reviews.Identify and effectively communicate necessary corrections or enhancements to business data and applications to facilitate reporting needs.Research or troubleshoot reporting issues or requests using knowledge and skill set of systems and tools.
- Conduct reporting stakeholder meetings to ensure business needs are met and process understanding to effectively develop reporting tools to assist the workflows of employees.
- Assist with the automation of workflows and information pipelines using SSIS, Python and/or Tableau, specifically where data and/or reporting can be leveraged to minimize human error and time to wait for resolution.
- Work directly with Application and IT Support teams to ensure speedy follow-up service impacting reporting needs.
- Participate in the ongoing design and development of a consolidated data warehouse supporting key business metrics across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 2 years work, internship or coursework experience in data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of the following tools (or some combination thereof):
- Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL, Tableau, SSIS, SSRS, Python, HTML/CSS/JS, Full Stack Web Development. Demon stated ability at learning new software and reporting tools and applying them to real world business problems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
- Effective with time management and prioritization.Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong Knowledge of Excel for Data Modeling and Presentation.Coursework in computer language or visualization.Successful Candidate must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
