Responsibilities

• Developing and administering a training program to help business users on the Salesforce platform in addition to best practices and procedure.
• You will get to develop training content including classroom training, job aids, e-learning modules, etc.
• support new functionalities with associated CRM training and support materials.
• Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and Training.

2. System Administrator

• Serves as the â??go toâ?? for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and solutions, provide training, and more.
• As Administrator, youâ??ll perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and add basic customer fields.
• This is a terrific opportunity to become SME on Salesforce

3. Senior Business Analyst

• Provides guidance on solution approach and architecture to meet customer requirements, collaborates with customer management, and analyzes client business process aligned with Salesforce applications.
• Must have 5+ years of related work experience.

4. Data Specialist

• Analyzes, maps, normalizes and migrates data from multiple systems/formats into Salesforce.
• Experience with data cleaning methods and tools (i.e. Active Prime, Cloudlingo, Demand Tools).
• Experience with MDM and mastering data, preferred.
• Must demonstrate Data Loader experience and extensive data migration experience.

5. UX UI Specialist

• This role analyzes and oversees UI design across the platform and devices (i.e mobile) to enable new features while maintaining a user-centered design approach and promoting
• This role will advocate for simple, intuitive modern design with minimum customization and taking into account performance, cross-product integrations and devices (mobile).

Qualifications

• Salesforce Center of Excellent Success Trainer- Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and Training.
• Salesforce Release Manager- Ideally, youâ??ll have 5+ years of related work and people management experience.
• System Administrator- Minimum 3-4 years in Salesforce system administration
• Senior Business Analyst- Minimum 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce processes and analysis.
