Job Description:
Role:Business Systems Analyst Location:Santa Clara, CA
- As a hands-on analyst, you will provide the technical and functional expertise regarding our HRIS system (Workday)
- Support upgrades, improvements, testing, validation and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updates
- Lead and execute full development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy
- Provide production support, investigate and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs
- Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvement
- Engage with global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency
- Engage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment
What We Need To See
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Knowledge of Workday business process framework
- 3+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
- 3+ years of experience in a technical environment
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with a diverse set of partners
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree
