- Bachelor degree in any discipline required
- 3 years of writing experience required
- 3 years of project management experience required
- Experience in scriptwriting and video project management required
- Experience working with brand guidelines (desirable)
- Understanding of and experience with SEO (desirable)
- Understanding of and experience with social media advertising (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills required, with the ability to tell/write compelling stories that connect with customers emotionally
- Exceptional writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills required
- Knowledge of copywriting best practices for web and print required
- Ability to distill product and customer info from various stakeholders and documents into compelling product descriptions that connect emotionally with customers and showcase solutions
- Ability to translate features and benefits into relatable product stories
