Salesforce Administrator
Location:Alpharetta, GA
Duration:6 months
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information systems or equivalent combined education and experience
- Requires Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM 201 and ADM211)
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
- 3+ years Salesforce.com experience in IT
- 4+ years of CRM experience
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
- Strong understanding of Communities preferred
- Strong working knowledge of business processes, practices, and related systems across several functional areas
- Good grasp of latest Information Technology products and solutions for a major business function
- Strong working knowledge of application architectures
- Strong working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
- Familiarity with systems across multiple platforms
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. In depth experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Word is required
- Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading-edge technology and/or processes
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment
- Process oriented logical thinking and understanding of models, use cases, information architectures
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
- Position may require work to be performed off business hours and weekends
