Role : Data Governance Leader

• Responsibilities:Champion Data Governance across the client organization, this includes generating awareness and enabling the organization to participate in the data governance processes Coordinate and manage data governance activities for Domain Owners, Source System Owners, and Functional Data Owners Establish data governance standards, processes, and procedures across the enterprise Standup and manage the Enterprise Data Governance Council Facilitate decision making by Domain Owners Facilitate resolution of data conflicts across lines of business Refine processes for management of definitions and other related meta-data in the business glossary for enterprise data Coordinate with Data Stewards to produce comprehensive data quality reporting Establish and Implement Change Management procedures for data definitions Establish Incident Management procedures for data-related incidents
  

Qualifications:• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience. Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science, is highly desired; MBA is preferredRequired experience• Seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience implementing data governance and/or data related business process improvements• 10+ years of related experience in data governance, business intelligence, data science, and/or data management• Experience leading matrixed teamsPreferred Skills• SAFe AGILE experience• Deployment of Data Governance Tools, such as Collibra
