Role:Senior Product Marketing Manager Loc:Boca Raton, FL

The Senior Product Manager HCP is responsible for the planning, development and execution of professional materials to Health Care Providers. This person will work collaboratively and partner with external customer facing teams to develop materials and programs that deliver promotional and training tools used in customer interactions.
Build strong relationships with the sales team and participate in field rides as needed
Brand Partner to various customer facing cross functional teams (Sales Leadership, Sales Training and Operations, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs)
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and outside agencies while leading the review of materials through MLR
Manage vendor contract (Purchasing Requisitions, invoices, and approvals) processing
Partner with the analytics team to develop metrics that monitor performance, market trends, uncover opportunities and gaps, and analyze data to address current and future market conditions

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business or Life Sciences required
5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required, with an emphasis in womens health preferred
2+ years of pharmaceutical/device sales or other external customer facing experience (e.g. medical science liaison) preferred
Comfortable working in small, matrix organization and being accountable
Ability to think outside the box to determine how to do things better and more efficiently
Ability to organize and prioritize activities
Understanding of digital tactics and multi-channel marketing
Ability to work with and manage outside agencies
Ability to understand, analyze, and drive appropriate market research to inform strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Budget management experience a plus
