Must Haves:

•Bachelors in computer science, information technology, or related field.

•5+ years’ experience with middleware platforms.

•3+ years’ experience with data mapping and data integration development.

•3+ years’ of related programming experience such as SOAP, API’s, file transfers protocols, data transformation.

•Experience in an object-oriented language (C, C++, C#, VB, Java).

•Experience with Snaplogic or a comparable integration platform.

•Self-motivated and highly engaged.

•Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

•Experience migrating old integrations and creating new integrations.

•Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday preferred.

•Knowledge of Jitterbit preferred.

•Knowledge of IT Service Management best practice (e.g. ITIL).

•Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats with both technical and business staff.

Day to Day:

•Design, develop, and maintain processes to integrate data and applications in a hybrid integration environment.

•Gather and analyze data from business units to determine integration needs.

•Develop work plans and process specifications as they relate to systems integration work tasks.

•Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents.

•Collaborate with various team members such as management, administration, and support staff on a regular basis.

•Develop and conduct testing plans and procedures at the process and system level.

•Provide client with post-installation and integration support.

? Create and maintain integration environment map and the business processes affected by integration efforts.
