Responsibilities

Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations

Create governance, process, and training documentation for future continuity in managing assets

Be able to organize and create efficient metadata models, taxonomy namespaces, and search

Understand digital video management capabilities, video processing and viewing

Configure DAM to work with photography and video production shoots and workflow

Understand using InDesign, InDesign Server, Photoshop, Bridge and Creative Cloud integration with DAM 

 Work to create content and experience fragment models to meet customer needs

Understand Digital Rights Management, and advise and configure archival policies

Qualifications

  Minimum three (3) years of experience as a digital librarian -- MUST

  Formal Training on DAM system is preferred

 Digital Marketing and Social experience is a major plus

 Experience working with geographically diverse project teams

Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools

Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment

Exposure to open-source technologies

Experience building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications

 Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
