Business Analyst
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: Long Term

• Job Description:
  
• Analyzing large blocks of data imported from multiple source systems in Excel (and possibly other analytical tools)
  
• Project/Program Manager tracking and reporting on critical milestones, risks, and dependencies
  
• Gather and understand business requirements through core business process analysis and deconstruct complex process into logical, clearly defined components
  
• Serve as the conduit between the business units, technology teams, and support teams

Qualifications/Skills Required Core Experience

• Existing Financial Services experience, preferably Loan Pocessing
  
• Self-starter, energetic, independent work ethic.
  
• 10+ years of hands on analysis and reporting experience, to include:
  
• Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g., Pivot Tables, nested "If" statements) . PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Tableau experience are nice to have
  
• Project management skills and process proficiency
  
• Ability to interact professionally with a broad group of stakeholders - executives, managers, and subject matter expert
