Must have skills
1.Excellent knowledge of Portal for ArcGIS, ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.x (JavaScript API)
2. Experience in Dot Net (C#) 2012/2013
3. Good Communication Skills

1.Oracle 11g knowledge
2. HTML5 and CSS knowledge
3. ESRI ArcGIS and ArcFM Server
4. Experience in large size GIS project implementation (Web GIS Application)
Key responsibilities
1.Responsible for development work in Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server JavaScript API and C#.
2. Provide solution to technical and performance issues related to ArcGIS web application.
3. Coordinate between offshore and onsite technical team
4. Provides support to technical lead.
5. Ensure business requirements are met through correct GUI design and implementation
