•High-tech industry background, Workday Business Process Configuration
•Extensive Workday Core HCM
•Strong Workday configuration skills and attention to detail
•Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Absence configuration(functional) experience
Knowledge of Workday Recruit is a plus
•Strong systems implementation experience
•5 years of Business Analyst experience in HR space
•Strong MS Office skills
•Professional presence and ability to influence without a formal level of authority
•Ability to move at “speed of tech”
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong team-working skills
Responsibilities:
•Define the requirements for a successful Onboarding experience from a new employee at eBay from a systems perspective
•Define the requirements for a successful applicant experience from a systems perspective
•Evaluate data integration and migration factors and provide recommendations
•Implement required components of Workday Recruit to enable desired experience
