Duration:- Long Term(Contract)

The candidate should haveexcellent hands-on experience on –

Min. 5 to 8 years of hands onexperience in IBM Data stage ETL Projects

Experience in Project life cycleactivities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects

Knowledge of IBM Data stageArchitecture, Stages/Transformations, Design, ETL flow, advanced SQLs

Should have worked in project runon Agile methodology

 Knowledge of data loadingtechniques using Data stage

Develop Data stage ParallelExtender jobs using different stages

Using Data stage Director forrunning and monitoring the jobs.

Created Data stage sequences torun the batch jobs.

Knowledge Best Practices in Datastage, Performance... improvements, implementing CDC, UDFs

Extensive Experience in Teradata,SQL Server and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.

Good experience with databasedevelopment tools (Toad, SQL Developer)

Responsible for supporting andcontributing to delivery of development services

Identify key drivers of a definedproblem and proposes solutions

Identify and solve problems usinganalysis, experience, and judgment

Design and code ETL jobs(Parallel, Server and Sequential) in IBM DataStage to load the Data-warehouse

Develop Unix Shell scripts fordata analysis and DataStage job execution

Write SQL queries in IBM DB2 toperform data validation Exposure pulling data from multiple sources including:xml, delimited flat files, and other data sources

Experience translating functionalETL requirements into technical design documentation
