Sr. Manager Supply Chain Operations Location:Atlanta, GA

• Oversee both forward and reverse operations related to Transportation, 3PL Relationships, 4wall operations, Vendor Compliance, invoicing
  
• Drive reverse logistics credit recovery improvement efforts
  
• Assist in reevaluating current network of service partners, input on renegotiation of current service agreements and work to establish strong service partner relationships as well with our shipping partners, i.e. distributors, 3PL return providers/recovery centers
  
• Assist in and own/improve provider relationships, internal/external processes, and shipping budget
  
• Internally partner with other departments to establish seamless flow of service provider processes increasing full transparency through an integrated service platform to improve customer experience. Including but not limited to, improving customer shipping updates, internal order visibility with proactive reporting and return tracking and status updates
  
• Support implementation of best in class system capabilities (TMS) to ensure end2end supply chain transparency
  
• Assist in formulating reverse logistics strategy driving 4 wall operational efficiencies driving higher recovery rates
  

Requirements

An inspirational leader who knows and drives a high-performance team and can build strong cross functional relationships and in addition, meets the following minimum requirements

• Bachelors / Masters degree required; equivalent experience in business management
  
• Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in relevant environment and with 5+ years of people management experience in progressively growing role(s)
  
• Experience in retail, ecommerce (B2C/ D2C), drop-shipment environments is a must
  
• Experience with operation or redesign of retail systems in partnership with IT departments is a must (Vendor Integration, EDI, API, OMS, ERP)
  
• Broad supply chain & sourcing understanding
  
• Leading during time of ambiguity is a must
  
• Strong understanding of supply chain cost and accounting principles is a must
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment
