* Comprehend and translate businessrequirements into technical specifications and build elegant, efficient, andscalable solutions based on specifications
* Implement appropriate indexes(B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement
* Implement Mongo Management Servicefor automating a variety of tasks, including backup/recovery and performancemanagement
* Recommend and implement bestpractices for Rest API integration framework/model
* Develop MongoDB and API prototypesand proofs of concept
* Should have experience in Java,J2EE, Web services
* Implement optimal backup andrecovery
* Assist developers in detectingperformance problems using MMS and Mongo Profiler
* Previous working experience as aMongoDB Developer for 3 to 6 years.
* Software Engineering or similarrelevant study
* Specialized technical knowledge ofthe MongoDB platform or similar NoSQL technologies.
* Design and development experiencebuilding a reusable REST API.
