ReportingAnalyst Duties and Responsibilities 

• The reporting analyst work supporting the Application Center of Excellence (ACOE) and its key partners throughout AbbVie. The general responsibilities include: 
• Requirements Management:
• Working with key stakeholders, identify and gather data/reporting requirements. 
• Design Visualizations:
• Design and develop visualizations that are used within the ACOE to ultimately communicate value to the business. 
• Develop Dashboards and Reports using Power BI 
• Analyze Information:
• Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation to provide insights for key areas. 
• Prepare Reports:
• Use data-gathering and modeling strategies to provide an overview of new processes and enhanced procedures for business-wide reporting. 

Reporting Analyst Skills and Qualifications 
The reporting analyst’s role is data-driven, requiringa high level of attention to detail. 

Thefollowing skills and experience are required: 

• Analysis – to rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive insights from these data sets 
• System architecture – very good understanding of relational database structure and data management systems 
• Visualization – ability to understand the best visual representation to use for each required scenario 
• Written and verbal communication – to communicate across business lines and report on findings and processes to executives and employees 
• Tool Experience – Power BI, Service Now and SQL 
• Minimum of 5 years of report development and requirements management experience 
• Years of experience/education/certifications required: 5+ years 
• What are the top 3 skills/requirements this person should have? 
• POWER BI Required 
• ServiceNow Required 
• ITSM Knowledge base (Strongly Preferred) 
• SLC (Preferred)
