This ITposition will be part of an expansion project to onboard one of Client’s organizationsinto a large-scale training system.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for all deliverables needed in the requirement phase of theproject. Actively engage with business clients to capture detailed businessrequirements and document the requirements using Client’s SLC requirementtemplates
• Responsible for working with developers in translating the businessrequirements into tangible design considerations and build specifications
• Responsible for all testing activities for the project from preparing testscenarios and test scripts, ensuring the test execution, to obtaining the UserAcceptance Testing approval from the business clients
• Serve as the primary contact along with project manager for any projectrelated inquiries from the business clients throughout the project
• Leading and actively participating in project meetings with the clients aswell as IT management


Skills/Experience Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess the following competencies:
• Must be able to quickly understand the business objective of a system andable to come up to speed on the function and capability of the system necessaryto provide project support for the business clients
• Must be able to translate technical capabilities and challenges in a way thatthe business clients can fully understand
• Must understand SLC concepts and have experience in working with SLC
• Must have very strong analytical /problem-solving skills, the ability tohandle multiple tasks or requests simultaneously
• Must have very strong oral communication skill as well as writtencommunication skills – Must have the ability to communicate directly with theclients and vendor not only to get the project tasks complete but also toset/manage their expectations
• Must have a robust experience working with complex data
• Must have a good understanding of & experience working with webtechnology and database / ETL technology

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar.
The successful candidate must possess the following experience:
• Must have experience working as a business systems analyst in an ITorganization.
• 4-7 years of system/application support as a senior level business systemsanalyst
• Having an experience supporting SumTotal a big plus but is not required

Manager Key things to look for

2. Documentation in IT, creating test case scenarios, collecting results
