ob Title Sr. Research Analyst Job Description Summary The Analyst reports to the local Director or Senior Analyst. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of local research output and thought leadership. Specifically, this position provides support for gathering and analyzing local market data and interpreting this information to identify trends in the market. Output of the analysis is used to produce research deliverables to be included in pitch and/or proposal materials and reflects various market dynamics. The Analyst is also accountable for accurate and proactive maintenance of proprietary and third-party databases with local market data, as well as pulling data from said systems to support thought leadership and forecast development. This position is not specific to a service line, but may specialize by property type. Job Description BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated Experience Should Include Bachelorâ??s degree required 1-3 yearsâ?? experience in commercial real estate industry or business Professional acumen, demonstrated interest in commercial real estate Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting Competencies Verbal communication/ articulate/ polished: strong oral and written communication skills Connection/relationship building Adaptability/change/fast pace: ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage processes in a fast-changing environment Team player/collaboration Accountability/ownership Resourcefulness/initiative: ability to successfully resolve problems with minimal direction Work ethic/grit: proactively gather data and confirm accuracy; tenacity to go above and beyond Intellectual curiosity: desire to invest time and energy in CRE knowledge Database operation: ability to efficiently and accurately update and audit data Attention to detail Advanced Excel skills Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
