NOTES from Hiring Manager:

Reporting directly to our Director of Consulting, you will ensure the successful delivery and implementation of software, a part of client software solutions. Consultants are expected to be organized and efficient, managing multiple client assignments at once. The highest level of client service is expected as the Consultants determine client needs and collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to exceed client expectations and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

• Providing consulting services to external clients via multiple software implementations across North America
• Acting as an advisor to external clients
• Analyzing and documenting system requirements and making recommendations
• Interpreting client needs and following through on issues and requests in a professional and consultative manner
• Configuring software and/or effectively communicating client needs to internal development team
• Collaborating effectively with all members of the Professional Services team, helping to build a supportive, disciplined, commercially-focused team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience at a Fund Administrator or General Partner
• Previous experience implementing financial software a plus
• Ability to travel 25% of the time within North America
• Problem solving skills
• Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience with finance or Private Equity, preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Previous experience working in a small, entrepreneurial environment, preferred
