Title:Linux/Pega Systems Administrator

ClearanceRequired: Top Secret

Schedule:M-F first shift

Location:Remote* initially, then post COVID will sit in Washington, DCMetro area

Parking:Easy access from metro/public transportation. No parking providedonsite.

Compensation:Competitive, weekly pay based on qualifications

JobDescription:

• Learn the Pega Platform quickly
• Maintains everything from the Systems Admin standpoint on the Pega side of the house
• Linux server maintenance
• Tomcat administration
• Leads and participates in efforts to implement application updates 
• Performs application deployment and application migration
• Works with Pega application developers to troubleshooting the issues in all Environments.

Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• 5x+ years of Linux systems administration experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience with shell scripts and Ansible for administration automation
• 2+ years of experience with application, database backup and recovery planning
• AWS exposure strongly preferred
• Tomcat and shell/Ansible scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow, Peoplesoft, SalesForce, COTS application
• Willingness to quickly learn the Pega application, some experience preferred
