Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field and five (3) to seven (5) years of related work experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise HCM applications including PeopleSoft HCM or similar
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to conduct research into packaged software-related issues and product
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in English (required)

Responsibilities

  • As a HCM Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, advising and providing technical training to Client staff on the effective use of our HCM enterprise system used at both the domestic and the international field level
  • Bring your business systems analysis experience and knowledge to a mission critical enterprise systems team
  • Serve as business systems analyst by working with HCM end users to understand issues and develop solutions to their business processes using technology to maximize their performance
  • Work extensively within Enterprise PeopleSoft HCM application daily to coordinate the continued implementation of new HCM Enterprise Applications on a global level
  • Serve as liaison between domestic and international staff served by Information Technology (IT) and IT programming staff in the development and design of new applications and analytical reports to aid Client staff to work more effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other areas within IT, as well as other departments across the organization
  • Communicate problems encountered and enhancements needed for business applications used globally
  • Includes communicating to staff, as well as outside consultants and vendors when appropriate
  • Guide department management in selecting or assisting with developing applications to maximize performance and provide a user-friendly interface for staff in the field
  • Provide one-on-one training to Client staff on the use of specific applications as needed
  • Coordinate testing of new and enhanced applications with Client staff
