We are seeking a skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, leveraging their expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business analysis to drive successful automation initiatives. As a UiPath RPA Technical Business Analyst, you will be working closely with RPA Technical Architect/Technical Lead, and responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, designing RPA solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation projects.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand their requirements, process workflows, and pain points.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation using UiPath RPA.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, and user stories to effectively communicate with technical teams.
  • Work closely with Technical Architect/Tech Leads to design and develop UiPath RPA solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Analyze and prioritize automation opportunities based on their potential value, complexity, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to create and maintain scalable and reusable automation workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable processes.
  • Technical Liaison and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and provide expert guidance on UiPath RPA capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business goals and priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project progress, and facilitate productive discussions to drive successful automation implementations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues and defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation projects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with business stakeholders to ensure automation solutions meet their expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest UiPath RPA features, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and automation expansion, driving continuous improvement of RPA solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized RPA methodologies, templates, and documentation.
  • Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as outlined in individual objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on RPA projects, with a focus on UiPath, and successful involvement from project inception to design to implementation multiple times.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath RPA platform and its components, including Orchestrator, Studio, OCR, and Robot.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design in the context of RPA.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • UiPath RPA certifications, such as UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
