Qualifications - Are you a critical thinking, detail-oriented person, driven by curiosity to understand how and why complex systems work, to solve problems?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex abstract topics
- Bachelor's degree in related field or related field, or equivalent experience education/work experience
- Previous experience supporting, developing, or analyzing highly transactional, mission-critical, enterprise-level applications
- At least 3 years experience in agile software development
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Proficient in use of flow diagram software such as LucidChart or Visio
- Proficient with an agile management application such as Jira or Rally
- Manages Complexity - can process complex information to effectively solve problems
- Manages Ambiguity - can operate with seemingly insufficient information
- Drives Results- can deliver, even under sometimes difficult circumstances
| Responsibilities - You are a sought-after subject matter expert and work closely with the business product owner, IT product managers, and enterprise architects to specify requirements and define how those requirements affect our IT infrastructure

- Be the subject matter expert for business functionality in your domain
- Gain a detailed understanding of the problem we are trying to solve
- Document detailed requirements describing what the product owner needs to happen
- Convey to your scrum teams the functional behavior to be delivered
- Demonstrate skill creating and managing user stories and breaking down requirements into testable acceptance criteria
- Facilitate agile process user story grooming and design meetings
- Ensure the technical solution fully addresses the functional requirements and project objective
