Job Description:
Qualifications Thorough comprehension of SAP PLM and knowledge of T-codes, reports, UI navigation, configuration, RMWB, job and batch capabilities as well as knowledge of SDS creation, expert rules and functions that support RD&E and GSARA data and processes within the PLM system â?¢ Bachelorâ??s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree or relevant military experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirement â?¢ 5+ years of SAP PLM experience â?¢ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience â?¢ Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States â?¢ Full time Responsibilities As the SAP Business Analyst, you will support and manage SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) capability supporting the Research, Development and Engineering (RD&E) and Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs (GSARA) teams â?¢ Work with customers to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage changes to the specifications to support impacted business functions and systems â?¢ Support the program team in determining how business requirements can and should be designed and automated, and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes and tools â?¢ Conduct process gap identification and analysis of adjoining business processes â?¢ Maintain technical function peer relationships within our broader organization â?¢ Demonstrate detailed working knowledge and experience in the development and deployment of transformational business solutions â?¢ Analyze existing systems and databases and recommended enhancements to solve business needs â?¢ General knowledge of ITIL and test execution management with experience working in organizations that have implemented ITIL â?¢ Collaborate closely with upper management to drive strategy through development and implementation of new processes â?¢ Deliver system training, user support and knowledge transfer to the operations team at the end of projects to enable successful implementations and ongoing support of the product â?¢ Manage multiple deliverables, projects, and resources concurrently while working with Solution Architects and Project Managers â?¢ Coach and support managed service providers creating self-sufficient competencies within operational support and customer-facing personnel â?¢ Communicate with team members to keep projects on schedule, within scope and within budget â?¢ Gather requirements, define scope, on-board and allocate resources, and establish schedules for meetings while meeting project demands Benefits â?¢ Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
