Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated SAP Finance Consultants/Account Consultants with 0 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to contribute to implementing and optimizing SAP Finance solutions. Candidates will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance financial processes and deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Finance (FICO) modules to address business requirements.
Work on key financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform system testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
Support end-users by providing training, resolving queries, and creating documentation for processes and configurations.
Work on integration points between SAP Finance and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) for seamless operations.
Contribute to project tasks and assist in delivering timely and efficient solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
0 to 4 years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) or a related role.
Knowledge of financial and accounting processes, including budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting.
Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FICO) modules; hands-on experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support system configuration and troubleshooting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a passion for technology and finance.



Preferred Qualifications:


Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is a strong advantage.
Internships or project work in SAP Finance or related fields are a plus.
Certifications in SAP Finance (FICO) modules are desirable.
