- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Accounting.
- Preferred but not required - certified CPA.Proven expertise in understanding accounting principles.
- 6+ years experience with internal finance department policies, procedures and operations.
- 6+ years experience with full life cycle implementation and support of JDE Financial modules.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must be able to comfortably facilitate group discussions for business requirements
Leadership Skills:
- Position requires individual to have strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and empower, to be a strong communicator able to take initiative and function independently.
- Computer-Based: Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) required.
- ERP systems implementation experience and in-depth understanding of JD Edwards Financials required.
- Proficient in use of SQL.
