- Project management experience a huge plus Demonstrable success as a manager and working across departments to accomplish tasks Accounting background helpful
- The ability to learn quickly and to seek out answers Organized with a track record of bringing process and order to complicated tasks
- The ability to work with others, particularly heads of departments Proficiency with computers and particularly people management systems.
- To qualify for this position, the candidate must: Be 18 years or older, hold a valid Utah driver\'s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have an associate or bachelor degree, accounting emphasis preferred. (Experience with payroll, HRIS, or auto industry accounting a plus) Be available to work full time, including extended hours, to meet deadlines.
- Have great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Be an expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.
- Be an energetic, self-starter, who works well individually and as part of a team.
- Be able to multitask and meet deadlines Client is looking for a business analyst to help with the roll out and long-term management of a new human resource information system (HRIS) across the company.
- The selected individual will be a member of the corporate Business Operations team, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, but will work very closely with the Human Resources department, Information Technology department, and the accounting offices of all 49 client auto dealerships in the design, configuration, and activation of the payroll module in the new HRIS.
- The successful incumbent will be a rock star in project management.
- This is a unique position where a track history of getting things done and managing a complex and large project is more important than a specific degree.
- Understanding of accounting will be helpful and preferred.
