TXResponsibilities:* Participate in strategy discussions and other business unit discussions to understand and capture high level business needs

• Build rapport with associates regarding ERP changes and implementations
• Visit sites on a regular basis to proactively understand business pains
• Develops requirements for new reports and application enhancements
• Prioritizes requirement with the associates and provide recommendations to IT for deployment schedules
• Understands end to end application environment and works with architects to validate capabilities are being built according to strategic direction
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Responsible for continuous improvement efforts by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing business support; training users
• Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
• Mentors Junior AnalystsNote: Large projects requiring significant change will leverage outside capacity for development of documentation, training, etc.
• Expertise in one or more of the preferred skills below:o Working knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Toolset, EDI Mapping and ETL languages is necessary in this position.
• Working knowledge of systems architecture concepts and methodologies
• Working knowledge of application platforms and their application
