Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast, Report and Analysis
- Responsible for growing online sales for B2C and SME markets in accordance to target and HQ strategy
- Forecast sales on CX.com and COTS (Corporate Travel Solutions Program), implement appropriate strategies to optimize revenue performance on CX.com
- Benchmark results consistently to ensure business targets are achieved
- Develop insights and recommendations on site metrics such as traffic and conversion data to Revenue Management, Marketing and HQ Digital Retail teams
- Work closely with Marketing and PR departments for fare promotional support.
- Identify, analyze and report trends in traffic and customer behavioral data on website
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide useful findings to cross-functional teams
- Generate monthly reports on revenue performance from multiple data sets for executive teams in US & Hong Kong
- Data Management
- Oversee all sales related content on CX.com & COTS to ensure fare display accuracy
- Work with local agency, IT and HQ teams to ensure website functions are monitored and optimized on a regular basis
- Update price changes on website as often as needed
Qualifications/Experience
- BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an e-Commerce role
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and support business opportunities
- Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, good knowledge of PowerPoint
- Experience with Coremetrics, Google Analytics &Adobe CQ5 is a plus
- Solid knowledge of the international airline industry and market
- Ability to produce results and meet/ exceed business goals.
- Superior problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
