| Responsibilities - Take a proactive approach in understanding Client business needs to provide stakeholders with the information and analysis to maintain its leadership position and support business decisions
- The role will provide statistical and financial business reporting to all levels of managers across multiple functions
- Provide financial and statistical business analysis to support and drive business initiatives
- Utilizes known expected trends and understanding of the business and organizational structure to validate accurate reporting; performs detailed analysis and present findings in an organized manner
- Prepare and distribute various sales reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis for all departments & levels of Management
- Develop new report packages and dashboards utilizing Qlik Sense and/or printing
- Proactively analyze business trends to support Managements business decisions
- Calculates performance against key performance indicators and monitors trends
- Provide systematic evaluation and analytical feedback on effectiveness of the database systems and business intelligence tools as it relates to reporting
- Work with Sweden Business Intelligence team in maintaining appropriate standard reports in Qlik Sense
- Look for ways to improve reporting and streamline processes
- Performs other related duties as needed including but not limited to ad-hoc analysis and overall Business Operations support
