  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present findings/summarized data from large data sets
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Math, or other related degrees associated to Business Analytics
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Valued But Not Required Skills Or Experience
  • Masters Degree in a related field
  • Experience database management
  • System Implementation experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Responsibilities

  • Take a proactive approach in understanding Client business needs to provide stakeholders with the information and analysis to maintain its leadership position and support business decisions
  • The role will provide statistical and financial business reporting to all levels of managers across multiple functions
  • Provide financial and statistical business analysis to support and drive business initiatives
  • Utilizes known expected trends and understanding of the business and organizational structure to validate accurate reporting; performs detailed analysis and present findings in an organized manner
  • Prepare and distribute various sales reports and analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis for all departments & levels of Management
  • Develop new report packages and dashboards utilizing Qlik Sense and/or printing
  • Proactively analyze business trends to support Managements business decisions
  • Calculates performance against key performance indicators and monitors trends
  • Provide systematic evaluation and analytical feedback on effectiveness of the database systems and business intelligence tools as it relates to reporting
  • Work with Sweden Business Intelligence team in maintaining appropriate standard reports in Qlik Sense
  • Look for ways to improve reporting and streamline processes
  • Performs other related duties as needed including but not limited to ad-hoc analysis and overall Business Operations support
